Adjusts reverb modulation amount and character. Modulation style varies by mode:
ROOM, HALL, CATH, PLATE: MOD morphs from random chorus modulation at lower settings, to a pitch-stable random modulation, then a deep chorus modulation.
REV: MOD adds a wash of “regular” reverb (the reverb trail is reversed in this mode).
SPRING: MOD introduces a tremolo effect, and sets the tremolo depth.
GRAIN: With MOD at zero, the reverb sounds like a modulated multi-tap delay. With low modulation, long decays become ghostly voices. As the MOD knob increases, the character of the modulation changes and then the sound begins to pull apart.
Hold SHIFT while turning the knob to set tap divisions for any active delay.
Note: Divisions for pre-delay and tremolo rate are also available, via MIDI or our web editor. By default, the delay time is set for quarter notes and divisions are off for other parameters.
